I offer in-home, family-style boarding for approved clients. Your dog stays with me, in my home, for a comfortable and personalized boarding experience — not a traditional kennel setting, but a real household with the attention and care your dog is used to.
If you’re looking for something outside of a traditional kennel setting, I may be able to help. This option is especially great for dogs who don’t do well in a traditional boarding environment — whether that’s something medical, a young puppy, a need for more one-on-one attention, or just a preference for a home-like setting over a facility.

What is in-home family boarding? Your dog will stay with me, in my home rather than a traditional kennel or boarding facility. It’s a comfortable and completely personalized experience for your dog. I also provide maintenance training and refreshers on what your dog knows or needs to keep practicing.
How is this different from a kennel setting? Your dog stays in my actual house where they are part of our family and have comforts of home. I only have a couple dogs at a time which can be very helpful for dogs who don’t do well in a traditional facility.
Is my dog a good fit for your boarding? This option is open to approved clients only. You must have completed some training with me and had a sociability assessment to make sure your dog will be a good fit. A trial overnight stay is required prior to boarding approval.
Can my dog get training during their boarding stay? While private boarding is primarily about offering comfortable care, training can be paired with it - reach out to talk through options if you want to plan the stay that best fits your needs.
My dog has medical issues, can they stay with you? For the most part, yes. I can plan their stay to accommodate minor medical care or medications. However, we would need to discuss prior and make sure I think my house is a good setting for your dog.
